VANCOUVER POLICE OFFICERS GUILD

The Vancouver Police Officers' Guild was established in 1991. The VPOG is the exclusive collective bargaining organization for the Police Officers, Corporals, and Sergeants of the Vancouver, Washington Police Department. The VPOG champions the rights, well-being, and professional interests of our members, the VPOG is dedicated to fostering a supportive and equitable working environment for law enforcement officers. We strive to promote fair labor practices, secure competitive compensation, and advocate for the safety and welfare of our members. Through collaboration, education, and engagement, we aim to enhance the professionalism and effectiveness of our members while building positive relationships with the communities we serve.
